What are Recognition services?

There are three recognition services our consultants work with

- Assured

- ILM Recognition services

- Accreditation

There are two parts to Assured - City & Guilds Assured and ILMA Assured.

Assured is used when a company has use of an internal training programme which they would like to deliver to internal staff or outside agencies. Using the Assured system will allow the company to use the brand of City & Guilds and ILM in their documentation. Assured can be used for short courses, induction training and long term development plans. By using the assured service, a customer can use the ILM Assured logo to promote the qualification, ILM certification for participants and digital credentials awarded upon completion. There is an account manager allocated to every customer.

Accreditationwhile no longer open to new programmes, customers are able to renew their pre approved qualifications.

ILM Recognition services while no longer open to new customers, existing customers are able to renew their pre approved qualifications and add additional programmes.

The Recognition Consultants will conduct and document approval and renewal activities for Assured customers.

  • Recognition Consultant

      The Recognised Consultant role is both a challenging and rewarding experience. You will maintain effective working relationships with allocated Assured customers and City & Guilds | ILM in order to plan and monitor Assured approval and renewal activities as well as deal with a variety of customer requirements.

      Recognition consultants will work with customers to complete Assured, ILMR and Accreditation activities.

      Support for Recognised Consultants

      • We provide Consultants with training and support throughout the year

      • Our team of Consultants is supported by the Standardisation Assured Consultant

      • We provide the resources to support and guide you through the role and activities

      • Training and standardisation will be delivered by webinar and occasionally face to face
