The role of City & Guilds Independent End-point Assessors (IEPAs) is to assess apprentices against industry-specific requirements. IEPAs conduct End-point Assessments when the apprentice has completed the on-programme requirements of their apprenticeship.
The Lead Independent End-point Assessor (LIEPA) oversees the IEPA team, supporting with the recruitment, selection, and training of IEPAs, as well as quality assuring assessment decisions.
