"I am delighted to advertise four new roles we have created within City & Guilds Awarding Organisation (AO). We are seeking inspirational leaders to join us to help shape the future of our awarding organisation at a time of the most significant qualifications reform and in the context of changing technological landscapes and opportunities.
We are in the process of making some significant changes to the way that the AO is operating by aligning aspects of our operating model more fully with a GQ AO model with more significant focus upon timetabled examinations, as well as quality, validity and reliability through qualification design, development and delivery, designing and implementing robust and innovative digital systems for smoother processing of results, and which sit on a data architecture which supports better management information to enable effective monitoring of progress and the audit and evaluation of performance across all core processes.
You will have a pivotal role in helping us to transform the organisation and drive us forward to ensure we consistently deliver high quality assessments, error free, and that results are issued on time, using the best tools, harnessing the best subject matter expertise. You will be working across the most diverse and far-reaching qualification and product portfolio."
Beth Black, Executive Director & Responsible Officer, Awarding Organisation
