  • Who is the programme for?

      Our apprenticeship programme is open to everyone. We are looking for confident and hard-working individuals who are eager to learn, self-motivated, and happy to get stuck in as part of a professional team. We run a rolling programme and offer a variety of different apprenticeships, at all levels, so we’re looking for someone who is motivated and driven to succeed in their chosen apprenticeship.

      Our current apprenticeship criteria is -

      • Being aged 16 or over.
      • Having the right to work in England and having been a resident in the UK/EEA for at least three years before starting the apprenticeship.
      • Not be in full-time education at the start of this employment
      • Do not hold a qualification at the same level or above in the subject matter of the apprenticeship (i.e. if you hold a BTEC Business qualification you will not be eligible for a Business Administration apprenticeship).
      • If you hold an undergraduate or post-graduate degree, the apprenticeship you are applying for is Level 4 or above.

      • Guaranteed Interview

      When applying for a job with us, if an applicant has a disability covered by the definition outlined within the Equality Act 2010 and can show that they meet the ‘essential criteria’ described in the person specification for the role being applied for, they are guaranteed a priority interview for the job for which they are applying.

      • Interview Process

      If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to a first-stage interview with our Hiring Manager. Some roles may require a second-stage interview, which could take place in person. Throughout the process, our Early Talent & Apprenticeship Recruitment team will stay in touch, providing updates and support to answer any questions you may have.

      • Final Outcome

      Following your interview(s), we’ll inform you of the outcome and provide feedback. If you’re successful, we’ll guide you through the next steps in starting your apprenticeship with us!
